Edit Tag Types Menu

Overview

The Utilities > Edit Tag Types menu includes two commands for editing Tag Types used by GedSite as it makes a site.

• The All Datafiles... command edits tag types that will apply to any site you make unless that tag type is overridden by an entry in a Current Datafile Folder file.
• The Current Datafile Folder... command edits tag types that will apply to any site you make where the GEDCOM file is in the same folder as the GEDCOM file used by the current GedSite file.

Tag Type files are specific to a particular culture. When you use either command above, you will be editing a file that is specific to the language chosen by the Language.Site Language property, i.e., the language chosen for the current site.
