Overview

Each Theme subsection includes several properties whose values are referenced by one or more Style properties. The property values in Theme subsections are set when you choose a Theme. You may modify the properties if desired.

The Theme.Accent Styles section includes color properties that define accent colors.

Each Accent is defined by a set of three color properties, background-color, border-color, and text-color. The property names begin with a prefix that includes the Accent number, so the three properties whose names begin with "ac1-" are for Accent 1, the three properties whose names begin with "ac2-" are for Accent 2, etc.

When a person is decorated by an Accent in a chart or other output, the person's entry includes an Accent class. The CSS class names are gs-ac1 for Accent 1, gs-ac2 for Accent 2, etc. The addition of an Accent class modifies the appearance of the entry and effectively highlights the entry.

For more information about Accents, see the Accents help page.

See the Styles Section help page for more details.
